About The Position

Inova Primary Care is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full time evening position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. The position will cover Primary Care locations in Purcellville, Leesburg, Ashburn, and Sterling. Requirements

• Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience
• BLS from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.
• Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education.
• Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.
• Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
