Serving as a Consultant: Acting as a trusted advisor to medical staff and clinical leadership, providing real-time drug information and recommending formulary alternatives that prioritize safety and efficacy. Ensuring Patient Safety: Meticulously reviewing orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related issues before they reach the bedside. Leading & Mentoring: Overseeing the technical pharmacy team and shaping the future of the profession by serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students.

Requirements

Pharmacist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Nice To Haves

PGY2 in Ambulatory Care, Cardiology, or equivalent experience
Experience practicing under a CPA
