Requirements

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
On track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia.
Associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia.
Required experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of a target of 25 client visits per week.
Make connections in the community in order to build a caseload full of their ideal clients.
Work with other therapists in a supportive environment.
Work with all ages.
Evaluating clients and constructing mental health diagnosis, creating and maintaining treatment plans, completing ongoing documentation, and billing (to some extent).
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
