About The Position

Eastern Shawnee Staffing Services, in partnership with Indian Health Services (IHS), is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for an Outpatient Family Clinic contract opportunity at Pine Ridge Comprehensive Health Care Facility in South Dakota. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state accepted)
• Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience (Clinic or outpatient experience preferred)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous IHS experience a plus
• Experience with EHR systems required
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to pass a federal security clearance
• Required immunizations must be up to date

Nice To Haves

• Family Practice or Outpatient experience
• ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient family clinic setting
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing nursing care
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient flow
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Document accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
