Provides psychotherapy and other clinical services to children and families in the Behavioral Health Clinic. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, and psychological assessments for youth referred to the clinic. The therapist will utilize cognitive behavioral theory in their interventions and is responsible for accurate and timely documentation, including notes, treatment plans, and documentation for third-party payments. Additionally, the position involves providing supervision, consultation, and data analysis to Boys Town staff, as well as training on psychological topics. Effective communication, personal and professional development, and active participation in clinical supervision are essential. The role may also involve assisting in the supervision of interns in the Boys Town's Internship in Professional Psychology Program.
