About The Position

Hartford HealthCare Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our Adult Ambulatory Services team in the Greater Manchester Region of Connecticut. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care within one of New England's largest and most comprehensive behavioral health systems. The position also involves educating the next generation of psychiatrists through resident and medical student teaching, with potential for a faculty appointment through our affiliation with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no required after-hours call, and optional moonlighting opportunities are available. Providers have access to Hartford HealthCare's Provider Leadership Development Institute and dedicated support through the Office of Provider Wellness.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Eligible for an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
• Interest in academic psychiatry and resident education
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
