The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for managing inventory, merchandising, sales, and customer service activities within the Outlet. This role ensures a professional sales staff is in place to drive business goals, teaches and demonstrates the Lowe’s selling and service model, and helps customers have a positive shopping experience. The Supervisor also handles cash transactions, completes related reporting, manages freight and merchandising, assists customers with merchandise, processes returns, coordinates deliveries, and completes opening and closing procedures. Additionally, the Outlet Supervisor may act as Manager-on-Duty (MOD), providing full leadership over the store, driving engagement, customer service, staffing, and operational efficiency.
