About The Position

As an Outlet Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, quality food and beverage preparation, and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll support and train team members, manage inventory, and uphold brand and safety standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
