About The Position
Overseeing all the functions and employees of all food & beverage outlets, the Outlets Manager position is no small potatoes. From administrative duties to creating promotional items, the Outlets Manager’s responsibilities run the full course to ensure that our guests walk away from their meals satisfied and wanting to return.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry
- At least a year’s experience in a management position
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Works well in a team
- Able to perform under pressure
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and the scheduling of outlet employees.
- Responding and reviewing customer comments and feedback.
- Implement company programs and manage the operations of the various outlets
- Create and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.
