Responsible for all food items are served as soon as they are ready. Serving food and beverages orders, with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests. Responsible for making sure all food items are served as soon as they are ready. Each guest seated at a table should be served together - Timing is important. Respond to questions with informed answers. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
