About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. is seeking an Outlet Associate for their Tice Outlet location in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a full-time position. Goodwill of Southwest Florida is committed to serving people with disabilities and disadvantages by offering life-changing opportunities to achieve independence. They work with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
Retail experience preferred.
Ability to use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items.
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service.
Price, stock, and merchandise carts/containers brought to the sales floor.
Take donations, monitor the entrance, and greet all customers.
Perform other duties such as cleaning, building fixtures/equipment, and other related duties as assigned.
