About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. is seeking an Outlet Associate for their Tice Outlet location. This is a full-time position based in Fort Myers, Florida. Requirements

• Ability to use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service.
• Price, stock, and merchandise carts/containers brought to the sales floor.
• Accept donations.
• Monitor the entrance and greet all customers.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Build fixtures/equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
