Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries, founded in 1916, is one of the largest providers of rehabilitation services in the State of Ohio. Utilizing our retail store network, we generate sales revenue to support thousands of individuals with disabilities and homeless local veterans. The Outlet Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Outlet Manager in leading daily store operations, team performance, and customer experience. This role provides hands-on leadership across production and the sales floor, ensures operational standards are consistently met, and serves as the manager-on-duty in the absence of the Outlet Manager. The ASM plays a critical role in driving sales, production efficiency, team development and execution of Goodwill’s mission and brand standards.
