The Outgoing Quality Control position is responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing products through inspection, problem handling, data management, and training. This role involves conducting 100% outgoing inspections, identifying and isolating non-conforming products, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth shipment flow, and accurately recording quality issues and data. The position also plays a key role in quality problem handling, including participating in responsibility judgment, assisting with quality questions from production staff, tracking problems, and aiding in root cause analysis. Additionally, the role involves managing final product inspection data, conducting product inspection and standard training for supervisors and associates, performing monthly production group quality evaluations, participating in process audits, and conducting comprehensive product audits. The role requires preparing and submitting various reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audit reports, glass inspection reports, and glass quality problems feedback reports. Other duties as assigned may also be part of this role.
