About The Position

Join Flagstop, a recognized Top Workplace and a rapidly growing company in the car wash industry. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Guest Service Attendants. This role offers a fast-paced, exciting environment where you'll interact with customers, promote services, and contribute to a positive brand experience. We are the official Car Wash of VCU and proud partners with the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders. This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be willing to work under all weather conditions, including extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.
Applicants must have availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with the professional uniform.
Use technology (iPads and Kiosks) to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Work under all weather conditions, including extreme heat/cold and rain.
