About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This full-time position requires weekend availability and offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions. We have over 30 locations and aim to place you at a site close to your home. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be willing to work under all weather conditions, including extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
- Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with the professional uniform.
- Use iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
- Work effectively with a team and learn about the car wash operations.
- Ensure timely arrival and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
- Encourage customers to download and use the company app for an enhanced car care experience.

- Competitive Pay starting at $15/hour, with an average of $2.50/hour extra in bonuses and commissions, leading to an average hourly pay of $17.50/hour.
