About The Position

This role is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced, exciting environment and working outdoors in various weather conditions. As an official Car Wash of VCU and a proud partner of the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders, we offer a dynamic team atmosphere with opportunities for growth and rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be willing to work under all weather conditions, including extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.
Must have availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a bubbly, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and professional hygiene while wearing the company uniform.
Utilize iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app for an enhanced car care experience.
Work effectively as part of a team and learn about the car wash industry.
Arrive on time and be ready to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Work under all weather conditions, including extreme heat/cold and rain.
Perform weekend work as required.
