We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This full-time role requires weekend availability and offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions. We have over 30 convenient locations, aiming to place you at a site close to home.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Experience in a position that dealt with customers face to face.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Strong work ethic and motivation.
Basic computer skills.
A valid state driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus.
Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees, preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but, it is a plus!

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Use tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Work with a team and learn new things about the car wash daily.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to guests.
Encourage customers to download and use the brand-new app for a better car care experience.
