About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Outdoor Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams while providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The Outdoor Services Coordinator will manage and oversee specific aspects of the job process within the Kirkwood Fence, Artisan Gate, Indian Creek Ironworks & Bergfeld Recreation. This role involves organizing tasks, communicating with customers, and going the second mile for our customers. This is a detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. YOUR BIRTHDAY IS A PAID DAY OFF TO CELEBRATE YOU.

Requirements

Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales and Production teams for both divisions.
Provide excellent customer service to develop customer loyalty, enhancing the brand's reputation, and driving business success.
Collect and process all payment types in Database.
Work with multiple municipalities throughout the permit process.
Attend weekly Customer Service & Production L-10 meetings.
Book estimate for Design Specialists via phone, chat, and email.
Work as a team with all division Coordinators.
Maintain job documentation, including contract, permits & change orders.
Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
Record details of customer interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
Be the contact person for the Customer and ensure a streamline process.
