About The Position

This is a seasonal, part-time Outdoor Server role at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. The server will work in the poolside and beer garden spaces, delivering food and drinks with top-tier customer service and personality. The role emphasizes creating unforgettable moments for guests and contributing to the hotel's "people first" philosophy. The position is on-site and outdoors, with shifts between 11 am and 10 pm, flexing based on business levels. The ideal candidate has previous serving experience, a love for customer service, and the ability to remain composed in warm weather.
