About The Position

This position is responsible for answering and resolving community inquires on Outdoor Lighting programs by phone and in-person.

Requirements

• High level of knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP and GIS
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Processing new business orders
• Communicating and supporting other areas of Outdoor Lighting programs
• Processing contract changes
• Analyzing and correcting customer bills generated by the computer
• Supporting specialized projects
• Dispatching and scheduling jobs
