About The Position

Mast General Store is accepting applications for an Outdoor and Footwear Department Manager at its Greenville, South Carolina location. Responsibilities

Partner with the Store Training Coordinator to train and orient new department hires.
Manage, coach, and provide day-to-day supervision and development for store staff.
Support employees’ professional development by leading, coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for growth.
Train, demonstrate, and coach staff to provide exceptional guest and employee experiences.
Partner with the Visual Merchandising Team to plan department layout.
Ensure the department is properly merchandised.
Model effective teamwork, professionalism, a positive attitude, and adaptability to changing work environments and processes.
