The Outdoor Asset Manager (OAM) builds relationships with commercial clients and collaborates with internal production and administrative support teams to deliver landscape services in the most professional manner. Commercial clients include HOAs, MUD boards, property managers, and building owners across Greater Houston. The OAM role also involves promoting the Terry’s brand within assigned territory and identifying new business opportunities, preparing estimates for commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation projects, attending HOA and MUD board meetings to present estimates and provide project updates, communicating proactively with clients to address any possible questions or concerns, inspecting client properties regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborating with the internal production team to implement necessary improvements, and identifying and selling additional enhancements to upgrade client properties.
