About The Position

Corteva is reshaping how digital and data drive commercial outcomes for our seed business. We are standing up a new organization called Integrated Enterprise Systems (IES) that combines Enterprise IT and digital farming capabilities to power the company's most strategic priorities. Within that organization, the Commercial Domain is accountable for all commercial-facing digital platforms and data products that power our commercial seed business globally. This is a senior people leader role within the IES Commercial Domain, with direct reports and broad scope across our global commercial business. The Role The Commercial Outcomes & Experience Lead serves as the strategic bridge between Corteva's commercial organization and the digital platforms that power it. You will hold a deep understanding of our commercial business, our markets, and our sales channels — and translate that understanding into clarity about what digital must deliver to drive measurable business outcomes. In this senior leadership role, you will lead a function and a team responsible for ensuring everything we build is commercially anchored, maintains a coherent experience for commercial users, and tied to outcomes that matter.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required, MBA Preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive, global marketing or commercial strategy roles.
  • Deep experience working in agriculture technology (agtech), preferably in the seed industry in both SaaS B2C or B2B and internal commercial enablement roles
  • 10+ years of experience leading a team across multiple disciplines, preferably managing people leaders within a digital or business function
  • Experience working with global regions with differing go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate commercial strategy into clear implications for technology, data, and digital product investments
  • Track record of operating effectively as a leader in cross-functional, matrixed, global organizations, with a high degree of collaboration
  • Experience leading through ambiguity and change, building and leading new functions or operating models
  • Strong commercial acumen — comfortable in conversations with senior commercial leaders about business strategy, go-to-market, segmentation, and market dynamics, as well as sales reps
  • Experience with or strong appreciation for design and user experience as drivers of adoption and business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for commercial alignment, user segmentation, and delivering a cohesive digital user experience
  • Ensure that digital investments are anchored to clear commercial outcomes meaured in business value
  • Serve as a primary strategic interface between the IES Commercial Domain and Commercial leadership globally, establishing and maintaining and effective engagement model
  • Work in close partnership with market intelligence teams in our commercial business to ensure commercial context, market intelligence, and rep insights flow into digital prioritization, product roadmaps, and platform Decisions
  • Hold the holistic view of the commercial digital experience across our platforms and capabilities — ensuring coherence rather than fragmentation
  • Work alongside peers across the IES Commercial Domain to ensure our multi-year product roadmap and vision is aligned, commercially grounded and delivers measurable business impact
  • Partner with peers across the broader Integrated Enterprise Systems organization and strategic partners across the business to advance enterprise priorities
