This role is responsible for managing and coordinating daily route manifests, ensuring receiving and shipping windows are met, and communicating any concerns to the supervisor. The position involves updating the Hot Parts Board for expedited parts, managing dock and yard inventory trailer movements to support production and supermarket lines, and maintaining a trailer tracking sheet. Accuracy in paperwork to support part inventory of trailers in the yard is crucial. The role also requires maintaining records for the seat shipping system (BOS requirements), coordinating logistics to and from outside warehouses, and regularly inputting incoming receipts. Diligent record-keeping of packing slips and returnable containers is expected, along with maintaining a system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization (TUMS). The position requires the ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain all CTPAT requirements (trainable). A valid forklift license is mandatory, along with ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and safe working procedures in assigned production areas. Maintaining all BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transportation management is also a key responsibility.
