This is a frontline maker role where you own one outcome (booked, qualified appointments) and you own it completely. The role involves running outbound dialing campaigns, sending strategic SMS outreach, participating in daily coaching and training, logging interactions in the CRM, and competing to win daily metrics.

Requirements

Sales development, inside sales, or customer acquisition experience preferred
Comfortable in a CRM and standard sales tooling
L1 AI fluency expected at hire (comfortable using AI tools to prep calls, draft follow-ups, and work smarter)
Self-motivated, competitive, and genuinely wired to hit a number
Confident communicator — on the phone and in writing, you're clear, warm, and persuasive
Resilient — rejection doesn't stick; you hang up and dial the next one
Detail-oriented — you track your metrics, log accurately, and trust the process even when you don't feel like it
Adaptable — fast pace and high standards energize you, they don't rattle you

Responsibilities

Run outbound dialing campaigns against targeted prospect lists, using proven scripts and talking points to qualify guests and schedule appointments
