About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to proactively identify potential customers, generate sales opportunities, and drive revenue through outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, persistent, and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers through phone, email, social media, and other sales channels.

Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.

English proficiency is required if the position involves selling to English-speaking customers or clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities to identify potential customers.
Research prospects and target accounts to identify relevant sales opportunities.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, requirements, budget, and potential fit.
Initiate conversations with prospects and effectively communicate the value of the company's products or services.
Conduct discovery calls and identify customer pain points and business needs.
Handle objections and customer concerns professionally and confidently.
Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or sales calls with qualified prospects.
Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system.
Track calls, emails, conversations, opportunities, and sales activities.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Business Development, Marketing, and other internal teams.
Provide feedback on prospect responses, market trends, and common customer objections.
Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and prospecting techniques.
