About The Position

Michael & Son Services, a multi-state provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Handyman, and Restoration Services since 1976, is seeking an Outbound Sales & Follow-Up Representative. This role involves making outbound calls to existing customers who have previously received estimates from field technicians. The primary goal is to review open quotes, address customer questions and hesitations, and close sales to schedule services. Requirements

Proven track record in phone-based sales, telesales, outbound account management, or inside sales.
High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and a genuine desire to help people.
Ability to think on your feet, overcome objections, and guide a customer to a confident decision.
Comfortable in a target-driven environment with performance bonuses.
Strong computer navigation skills.
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceTitan software is a major plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact existing clients to follow up on open estimates provided by HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians.
Ask insightful, qualifying questions to uncover underlying customer needs, overcome objections, and present the value of completing recommended repairs or upgrades.
Build rapport, listen actively, and act as a trusted advisor to solve homeowner problems.
Identify additional service needs and educate customers on relevant Michael & Son solutions.
Secure customer commitments and coordinate scheduling with the dispatch team.
Track customer interactions, update account details, and manage pipeline follow-ups within the system.
