About The Position

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead outbound distribution operations in a fast-paced healthcare distribution center. This frontline leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, or labor management systems.
Continuous improvement or Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of distribution center associates.
Direct daily outbound operations to achieve safety, service, quality, and productivity goals.
Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
