About The Position

Capital Vacations is the largest and fastest-growing timeshare company in the country, and we are expanding. This role involves selling vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests, assisting guests with inquiries, and determining guest eligibility. We are looking for individuals with customer service or sales call center experience, a friendly and upbeat attitude, excellent communication skills, basic PC proficiency, and a commitment to learning.

Requirements

• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
• A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Must be able to pass a full background check

Responsibilities

• Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests
• Assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages
• Determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards
• Participate in ongoing professional sales training to enhance your skills

Benefits

• Set Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m., 1 Saturday per month, 9am-2pm
