The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Tampa, FL. About the Role Environment: We support roles across multiple departments in our Fulfillment and Distribution centers including: Dry Department: Handles dry goods in an ambient temperature environment. Fresh Department: Handles fresh produce and requires working in a 35°F / 2°C environment for extended periods. Frozen Department: Handles frozen goods and requires working in a -5°F / -20°C environment for extended periods. Physical requirements: All positions require a significant amount of physical labor and involve: Long hours standing, lifting, packing, and walking Regularly lifting and/or moving objects of approximately 50 pounds - weight requirements based on role Frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Leadership in a Warehouse Environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to operational demands.
  • Strong and efficient communication skills with team members.
  • Warehouse Management System Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily outbound operations including picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch preparation to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate workflow and labor allocation to meet cutoff times, route schedules, and throughput targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as units per hour (UPH), order accuracy, and on-time dispatch to drive productivity.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure accurate order consolidation and staging by route, carrier, and temperature zone (Frozen, Fresh, Ambient).
  • Enforce food safety standards, including proper product handling, segregation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
  • Conduct outbound quality checks to verify order completeness, label accuracy, packaging integrity, and staging accuracy.
  • Investigate discrepancies such as mis-picks or damaged products and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Promote and enforce a safety-first culture by monitoring safe behaviors, reporting hazards, and supporting safety audits.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on the floor, providing hands-on support, task direction, and issue resolution for associates.
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires while reinforcing attendance, break compliance, and company policies.
  • Utilize WMS systems and operational dashboards to track progress, validate transactions, and communicate inventory or fulfillment issues.
