About The Position

As an Outbound Fulfillment Associate, you will manage the picking, packing, quality checking, and shipping of online jewelry orders. The role requires strong attention to detail and organization to ensure each order is completed accurately and with care. In this fast-paced, multifunctional position, you will work with teammates across Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Learn all outbound processes and operations and work effectively with current and new staff.
• Accurately pick merchandise according to order requirements.
• Pack and prepare jewelry orders for delivery in accordance with quality and presentation standards.
• Check orders for accuracy, completeness, and product integrity before shipping.
• Support the department manager with daily operational needs and general administrative tasks.
• Help process shipping documentation and prepare carrier pickups.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
