About The Position

The Outbound Forklift role is responsible for keeping selection slots replenished during selection operations and ensuring replenished product is rotated using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices. The position also includes maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Six months of warehouse experience.
Strong reading and writing skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others in a professional manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods; bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn, and walk.
Ability to continuously lift and move cases weighing up to 75 pounds from floor to overhead heights.
Ability to use hands and fingers to peel and stick labels on cases, handle and feel objects or equipment controls, and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to talk and hear, including hearing warning horns on moving machinery and equipment.
Close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
High level of endurance, energy, and strength.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience proficiently using a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack.
Basic knowledge of fresh produce.
Experience with replenishment, product cycling, RF (radio frequency) scanners, and other returns-related functions.
