About The Position

The Forklift Outbound role is responsible for consistently replenishing selection slots during selection operations and ensuring replenished slots are rotated using FIFO (first-in, first-out). The role also includes maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and completing other duties as assigned by a supervisor. The work requires operating in confined spaces and performing physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, and moving cases weighing up to 75 pounds. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Six months of warehouse experience.
Strong reading and writing skills, and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others in a professional manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods; bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn, and walk.
Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 75 pounds continuously, from floor to overhead heights.
Ability to peel and stick labels on cases using hands and fingers; handle and feel objects and equipment controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to talk and hear, including hearing warning horns on moving machinery and equipment.
Close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
High level of endurance, energy, and strength.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience proficiently using a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack.
Basic knowledge of fresh produce.
Experience in replenishment, product cycling, RF (radio frequency) scanners, and other returns-related functions.
