Outbound Coordinator (1st Shift)
About The Position

We are currently looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join our team on 1st Shift. Work in a clean, modern, 750,000-square-foot distribution center supporting Epson products shipped throughout North America.
Requirements
- Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and transportation activities
- Communicate with warehouse operations, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status
- Research and resolve shipping discrepancies and transportation issues
- Monitor carrier performance and support compliance reporting
- Review orders and ensure accurate shipment planning and documentation
- Support domestic and international shipping processes
- Manage daily transportation scheduling and load planning
