About The Position

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experienced.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated. The company processes your data for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship on the basis of Art. 6 (1) b GDPR / Section 26 (1) sentence 1 BDSG.
• Help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• Communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• Occasionally be out on the warehouse floor and work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• May be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).
