About The Position

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the chance to work with cutting-edge warehouse equipment and engage with various teams across the organization. Hours for 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10 PM- 6:30 AM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experienced.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents.
• Communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department, and communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• Perform data entry into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms.
• Occasionally be out on the warehouse floor and work with warehouse equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (Only when lift certified by Arvato).
