About The Position
This role involves high-volume outbound calling to drive bookings and revenue. You will reach out to new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates to book service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning. The position is in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Proven outbound sales or call center experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven

Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls daily
- Follow up on leads and previous service opportunities
- Re-engage past customers and generate repeat business
- Educate customers on services and create urgency
- Handle objections and confidently close bookings
- Accurately log notes and updates in the system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
