Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in a call center or sales role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask while navigating systems
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
