At BathWorks of Michigan, our Call Center team creates the first impression for homeowners interested in our Jacuzzi® shower and bath remodels. Requirements
- Competitive, driven, and motivated by results.
- Strong communicator who enjoys talking with people.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment.
- Coachable, resilient, and goal-focused.
Nice To Haves
- Sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi® bath remodel.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Follow up with leads and keep opportunities moving.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
