About The Position

As a Call Center Agent at Renewal by Andersen, you’ll be one of the first people homeowners connect with. Your job is simple: start great conversations, understand what homeowners need, and turn those conversations into quality in-home consultations. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven role where your personality, persistence, and communication skills make a real impact. You’ll connect with homeowners through outbound and inbound calls, as well as digital outreach, while building your skills through coaching, feedback, and training. If you enjoy talking to people, working toward goals, and being part of a team that celebrates success, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through calls and digital outreach.
• Build rapport, listen to their needs, and create a great customer experience.
• Schedule qualified in-home consultations.
• Confidently handle questions and objections.
• Clearly communicate the value of meeting with a consultant.
• Keep homeowner and appointment information accurate and up to date.
• Follow scheduling, qualification, and territory requirements.
• Use technology, scripts, and tools to make every interaction count.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, training, and call reviews.
• Work with teammates and leaders to hit daily and team goals.
