About The Position

This role involves high-volume outbound calling to drive bookings and revenue for Super Service Today. The representative will reach out to new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates to book service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning. The position operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales or call center experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
  • Organized, reliable, and results-driven
  • Must be available to work weekends (7-day operation)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Make consistent outbound calls daily
  • Follow up on leads and previous service opportunities
  • Re-engage past customers and generate repeat business
  • Educate customers on services and create urgency
  • Handle objections and confidently close bookings
  • Accurately log notes and updates in the system
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
