The Outage Coordinator is engaged in supporting the outage planning process for USNG growth, preventative and capital maintenance projects, from early project inception through design and execution. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Safety & Technical Services (S&TS), Work Management, Gas Control & Planning, Field Operations, and Projects to ensure outage requirements are identified early, scoped appropriately, and scheduled well in advance of execution to minimize customer impacts. The role supports outage planning by maintaining outage schedules, tracking project and outage readiness, facilitating stakeholder discussions, supporting reporting, and following up on action items. A key objective of the role is to drive early visibility, accountability, and discipline in outage planning to support safe, reliable operations and minimize execution‑phase disruption. In addition to coordination and tracking responsibilities, the Outage Coordinator plays an active relationship‑management and outreach role — educating stakeholders on outage planning expectations, timelines, and dependencies while reinforcing standard processes.
