The Idaho Out-of-School Network (ION) seeks an Out-of-School Time (OST) Specialist to provide support, observation, feedback, coaching and technical assistance to out-of-school programs throughout Idaho. This position will advance ION initiatives related to professional learning and development, statewide quality improvement efforts, and marketing and public awareness of Idaho Building Blocks for Out-of-School Time Quality. The OST Specialist is responsible for implementing ION’s system to coach out-of-school Program Managers in the Idaho Building Blocks for Out-of-School Time Quality. This position works with the ION team to co-create the professional development, build and host annual in-person events, as well as support the Think Make Create (TMC) Lab program statewide. This is a part-time role at 18 hours per week.
