The Out-of-School-Time Program Facilitator is responsible for creating a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic and social potential. This is a 20-hour work week position, typically running from mid-September through mid-May, with the potential for extension into the summer. The role involves facilitating assigned curriculum within partnering school districts throughout Allegheny County, managing logistical aspects of the program, and serving as a liaison between the YWCA Greater Pittsburgh, partner families, and school personnel. The position also requires attending monthly Saturday Academy sessions and facilitator meetings, participating in professional development, and assisting with various events.
