Out of School Enrichment Coordinator - Canton City Schools

As an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator, you will lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow. You will coach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills, build confidence, foster friendships, and develop young leaders. You will champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child.
Requirements
- OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with staff development & school-age children
- Basic knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice
