McCarthy Tire Service is looking for a Full-Time OTR Tire Technician to join our Rochester, NY team. Requirements

1+ year of OTR tire experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
Experience with small, large, and industrial OTR tires preferred.
Mini boom or tandem boom truck experience preferred.
TIA and/or ETS certification preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, repair, and service OTR, industrial, and commercial tires.
Perform on-site service calls, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Safely operate mini boom, tandem boom, and other service equipment.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers and team members.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
