About The Position

Countryside Auto Transport, Inc. is seeking dependable Class A CDL OTR truck drivers for auto transport (car hauling) with a focus on long-term employment. With over 35 years of experience, we have built a reputation for reliability and low driver turnover. We primarily hire drivers who live within commuting distance of our Menasha, WI terminal, as all trips originate from and return to this location and trucks are not kept on the road. Candidates based in Wisconsin or within commuting distance of our Menasha, WI terminal do not need prior car hauling experience—we are committed to training and helping the right qualified and motivated drivers succeed in this specialized field. Candidates outside this area must live along our established lanes/routes and have prior car hauling experience. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience with 53’ tractor-trailer (regional or OTR).
• No major moving violations.
• Candidates outside Wisconsin or commuting distance of Menasha, WI terminal must live along established lanes/routes and have prior car hauling experience.

• Prior car hauling experience (required for candidates outside Wisconsin or commuting distance of Menasha, WI terminal).

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CDL OTR trucks for auto transport (car hauling).
• Operate 2023–2026 Volvo VAH 9-car Cottrell 80’ quick loader stingers (all automatic).
• Utilize company tablet with KeepTruckin/Motive ELD.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and adherence to all traffic laws.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and management.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
