OTR CDL A Driver
About The Position
Join our team as an Over-the-Road Driver and enjoy a rewarding career with consistent work, reliable equipment, and the benefit of being home weekends. In this role, you'll safely transport freight to and from designated customer locations while providing dependable, on-time service. Drivers are responsible for completing deliveries and pick-ups, maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with dispatch. We pay by the mile and our drivers are currently earning $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a CDL A
- at least 2 years of experience as a CDL A truck driver
- Lifting up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Flatbed experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company owned vehicle while delivering freight across assigned routes.
- Pick up and deliver products in a timely and professional manner.
- Secure cargo as needed to ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding schedules, route updates, and delivery status.
- Complete and manage all required delivery and transportation paperwork.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and federal and state transportation laws.
- Real time ELD usage
