About The Position
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist for a permanent opportunity in Nags Head, North Carolina. The physician will join an established ENT practice with experienced clinical staff, including an audiologist, and a built-in referral network. The practice provides designated operating room block time, clinical privileges at a local hospital, and access to a broad network of medical and surgical specialists. This is an opportunity to join a growing, physician-led healthcare system. The position is available due to a physician retirement. Physicians with at least three years of clinical experience are preferred. The compensation package is competitive and includes comprehensive benefits. Relocation support is available, and the physician may be eligible for additional incentives such as loan repayment assistance, a sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and paid commitment stipends for residency or fellowship training.
